Since my journey towards lap band surgery began in March I have lost 72 pounds! What a journey it has been; it has been filled with learning, support, and a new beginning when I had my surgery June 21, 2010. I have always been able to lose weight but I have been even better at gaining it back. I look at my lap band as a tool to help me overcome the yo-yoing and to get my life back. This has been made possible with the help of the staff at Southern Tier Surgical and Doctor Tvetenstrand!
